Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily administrative functions.
- Co-ordinate & ensure maintenance of office equipment’s & facilities are rectified in good time.
- Research for procurement needs and support on procurement & office infrastructure requirements.
- To provide necessary confidential administrative support for all human resources and administrative functions.
- Travel Arrangement – Air Ticket , Hotel & Visa.
- Prepare for onboarding for new employees & coordinate for exit clearance for resignee.
- Issuing and Manage PPE.
- Participate as a HR representative in Employee Health & Safety and Recreational Club committees.
- To co-ordinate social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all the employees.
- Training Record update and registration.
- To undertake any other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management with minimum 3 years’ working experience.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer software application.
- Able to communicate in English fluently.
