Executive, Admin/HR


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily administrative functions.
  • Co-ordinate & ensure maintenance of office equipment’s & facilities are rectified in good time.
  • Research for procurement needs and support on procurement & office infrastructure requirements.
  • To provide necessary confidential administrative support for all human resources and administrative functions.
  • Travel Arrangement – Air Ticket , Hotel & Visa.
  • Prepare for onboarding for new employees & coordinate for exit clearance for resignee.
  • Issuing and Manage PPE.
  • Participate as a HR representative in Employee Health & Safety and Recreational Club committees.
  • To co-ordinate social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all the employees.
  • Training Record update and registration.
  • To undertake any other ad hoc assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management with minimum 3 years’ working experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and computer software application.
  • Able to communicate in English fluently.
